Key conditions:

Access is available only while an active bookkeeping relationship exists

Access automatically terminates if:

The client cancels or ends bookkeeping services, or

Bookkeepingfor99.com discontinues operations or closes the service

These tools are not included, guaranteed, or implied as part of any bookkeeping plan

Some or all tools may be delivered through third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel (GHL).
Digital Ad Cast LLC does not control third-party platform pricing, features, uptime, or long-term availability.

Client Options Upon Termination

If bookkeeping services end for any reason:

The client may choose to obtain their own independent subscription directly with the third-party platform (such as GoHighLevel), or

The client may choose to end use of the tools entirely

Bookkeepingfor99.com is not responsible for transferring accounts, preserving data, recreating systems, or providing continued access after termination.

No refunds, credits, or claims may be made related to loss of access to free tools.

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales for bookkeeping, cleanup, payroll coordination, and related services are final.

We do not offer refunds once work has begun, as our services involve time, labor, and customized processing of your financial data.
